addition to selling Pop-Ups, IPS is the after-sales support and service
partner for Pop Up Products Ltd. All service enquiries, replacement
parts, technical support and warranty repairs are dealt with by IPS. We hold parts in stock
available for next day delivery and can give you the advice and support
you need for maintaining your machine.
The
warranty agreement for Pop-Up and Pop-Up+ is a parts only warranty for
12 months from date of delivery to the customer (subject to exclusions
listed in the Warranty Policy and Procedure document). To make a claim print off the claim form at the bottom of this page.
