MinnParr, a US company, have appointed IPS as official parts distributor for the Grove Manlift product range in the UK and Ireland.
MinnPar sell OEM and quality replacement parts for a range of manufacturers access products and specialise in ‘out of production’ and obsolete product lines. IPS will supply the UK and Ireland with Grove Manlift parts, sourcing stock from MinnPar through a European distribution centre.
From the 1st August 2011, customers in the UK will have an outlet for purchasing genuine Grove Manlift parts, including the SM Scissor range, MZ Straight Booms and Articulated AM Booms.
Owner and operators of Grove Manlift platforms will benefit from distribution agreement offering them improved product availability and faster delivery response times. Parts will be held in stock at IPS’s premises in Telford, UK, supported by MinnPars’ European distribution centre.
IPS will have access to Grove Manlift parts and service manuals, along with technical information to provide further customer support. Sander Mellaard, IPS’s Parts Manager explains, ‘with our existing distribution network and support services, we can offer MinnPar, and its Grove Manlift customers a professional and improved parts sourcing solution.
Art Ashworth, MinnPar’s Vice President of Sales & Marketing says ‘We are extremely happy with the appointment. IPS has an excellent reputation, and we have no doubt that together, we can offer the UK market a faster and more efficient solution to sourcing their Grove Manlift parts’.
