We are pleased to reveal a new face for our online parts ordering website, www.ipspartsonline.com. The site which was historically accessed via the IPS UK website will now stand alone allowing users from all over the globe a hassle free, direct link to log in and order parts through our international distribution network.

New look for IPS online

This change is a direct response to feedback received from both customers and group operations using the site regularly. Lucy Bebbington, IPS’s Marketing Manager goes on to explain ‘Our customer’s opinions are important to us. Whether it’s good or bad, we wanted to hear what our users had to say about our online parts ordering website following its launch in January 2008. On the whole the site was well received, but there were still a few areas in which we could improve. With this in mind we have tweaked our website and can reveal our new front page and direct link to online ordering’.

Our customers can now go straight to www.ipspartsonline.com and navigate the parts site in a much quicker and easier manner, giving them direct access to the parts only ordering facility.

In a bid to keep our website’s informative and useful for our customers we welcome any feedback you might have – enjoy the new features!
