Japanese manufacturer Hanix has appointed IPS as their national service provider for the Hanix product range in the UK. Hanix formerly Nissan Kizai is known for its brand of Mini Excavators, and is just about to launch a new range of tracked Aerial Platforms into Europe.
Hanix direct customers will receive full after sales support delivered by IPS. This will include warranty back up, genuine Hanix parts supply, servicing and technical advice. ‘We are delighted with this partnership. We believe IPS can add value to the Hanix business by providing their customers with a practiced and professional after sales solution’ says Kevin Shadbolt, IPS Operations Director ‘We have an existing network of engineers within the UK, a successful parts distribution centre and the know how to give every Hanix customer the very best standard of service’.
This months Executive Hire Show at the Ricoh Arena, Coventry on 11th and 12th sees the launch of their Aerial Platform range. The three new machines offer excellent stability - they have a tracked base and sport the latest technology in safety devices. With a 44% share of the Japanese track base platform market they are already proving a success.
